Many of PSU's programs began as due diligence for bond originators, and this is still a very large part of our portfolio. For a professional to get certified or re-certified for their bond, a due diligence/ testing organization has to certify to the bond underwriter that the program participant meets minimum bonding requirements. Trade pros need bonds and CEU's to either get licensed, or keep their license, and PSU is the underlying bond approval source for the largest professional associations in the world, from Nuclear Engineers to Medicine, Military, Law Enforcement, Information technology, and Home based businesses. Pros that lose their bonds are sent to PSU by the granting association for remedial review and re-certification! If you didn't get your credential at PSU, and you then find you need a bond, you might be surprised to learn that PSU is actually accepting, rejecting, or approving your bond in the background!
