The few negative, misinformed, or simply untruthful “threads” about PSU (mistakenly criticized as "powerschooluniversity" for local seminars) are from mistaken identity, or jealous competitors who have been smoked by PSU’s high value and low prices, and do not at all reflect the hundreds of thousands of positive feedback comments PSU has gotten since 1972. No one discloses their biases when they write negative threads, and posters are not required to mention they are offering higher priced, lower value alternatives and are losing business to PSU, or are part of the liberal left anti-gun establishment! Even the blogs, complaint and answer sites themselves are often owned or funded by competitors or their ads, and the “administrators” do not allow fair and balanced replies, as dirt sells better than the truth. It’s like the mayor speaking out after the cops came in and shot his dogs. This had happened to 5 other families previously, and no one questioned the “facts” until he finally spoke out!
As one example, one loud but small minority "Web answers” is based in Israel, part of a competing online university system, and PSU's attorneys have sent them both restraining orders and injunctions after clearly showing a judge that their posts are untrue, and their “answer” is that it clearly says that their "answers are opinion only, and should not be relied upon" on the site, and since they are non-US, they don’t have to observe our legal system. We shall see, as the jury is literally still out on that one. Both Yahoo and Wiki have updated their answers, validating Association acceptance, and the quality of PSU programs. Several posters have now been required by the courts to post retractions, and one competing online university settled for an undisclosed amount after a IP address trace to their campus of a critical post.
A SINGLE NEGATIVE “answer” thread poster who has put hundreds of false posts out (get a life?) was in response to one of the PSU credit and pastoral counseling courses, from an angry PhD counselor mad at a competing PSU customer, and has nothing to do with their other programs, and who never took a single course. NONE are from customers who have gone through the whole process. Like any business, we have a very few dissatisfied customers who didn't think they got a course due to not checking a spam folder, having an old or bad or full email, ordering with a family member's email and then looking elsewhere, etc. 99% of these are resolved with high customer satisfaction, the rest are refunded with no questions asked-- so how can there be ANY negative feedback unless the poster has another agenda?! Our gunsmithing program is the largest in the world, yet we HAVE had slower communications in the reloading courses due to thousands of new enrollees trying to make it under the coming new Obama bans on reloading.
Consider this: with over a million grads, how often do you think a satisfied grad posts on a "complaint" site? Try never! IF COMPLAINT SITES POSTED COMPLIMENTS, THEY WOULDN'T BE CALLED COMPLAINT SITES, WOULD THEY?! These parasite complaint sites cater only to grouches, and have NO REQUIREMENT of proof that the poster really even took a course! If you send proof that the enrollee gave you a bad address, they ignore it! Hey, if someone is influenced by that kind of garbage, let them pay 10 times as much for a small percent of the value PSU provides. Out of over 50 feedback and complaint type sites out there, only a couple allow "reply" feedback like you'll find on this site, or from many satisfied, and often very wealthy, grads.
When you make up your mind on a program, think about the RATIO of complaints! With hundreds of thousands of new enrollees each month, the handful of loud gripes out there (most of whom never even took a course) are a tiny minority. Next, try Googling "University of Phoenix Fraud" (largest online school on the planet) and check out THOSE horror stories, also probably lies! PSU's certs are accepted by the major wholesalers and associations every day, as they are successfully answering hundreds of validation requests for trade references and bonding underwriters daily. Jealous competitors and uninformed bloggers have even said that NSI and E-State “own” PSU’s whole system and accreditation, when in fact these are only domain registrars who manage millions of domains!
