"Dozens of Complaints"
With over a million grads, 6.9 million visits (Google Stats) to our sites last month alone, 10,000 enrollments a week, and thousands of wealthy new entrepreneurs, PSU offers the most successful new career programs in the world! So why do some of the "complaint" sites make it look like we get dozens of complaints, and are a scam? Simply put, if you have millions, there are bound to be hundreds of bad addresses, bad email addresses, and people who don't think we're communicating-- see the picture below...

The picture on the left shows over 500 daily returns of courses, CD's, DVDs, certificates, answers to accreditation requests, requests for references, etc. These poor folks don't even realize we can't communicate with them because they gave us a bad address and/or a bad email address! Many of them don't even know that Google Checkout, Paypal, Authorize.net and other payment portals didn't know they moved, changed their address, or had an old email on file. Over a million get more than they ever dreamed of with their enrollment, but these few are the sad, complaining ones!

BEST SATISFACTION rating of any online school, period!
If you've seen complaints on the various complaint sites, try searching ANY other school, and you'll see the same thing! The difference is, PSU has a SMALL FRACTION of the complaints, as a percent of our enrollments, of any other school! If an Ebay seller has 100,000 transactions, you might find hundreds of negatives-- but that is NOTHING as their average will still be AAAAA+++++ -- there will ALWAYS be folks who didn't receive communications due to bad addresses!
Since we offer 100% satisfaction guarantees, which NO OTHER school does, we CANNOT POSSIBLY have a single valid complaint, unless we are unable to communicate with the student, they are a competitor, or are just holding a grudge because we are one of the few schools that are pro 2nd amendment, pro God, and other things the liberal colleges hate! Traditional counselors attack our Pastoral Counseling programs. Anti Gun leftists attack our gun courses. Once in a while, someone will think we're ignoring them (see the picture above!) when we can't send their email course, can't mail them, and have no way to contact them! They then become angry and post all kinds of fabrications, and none of the "complaint" sites post the positives, or they wouldn't be complaint sites!
Those who do send valid emails or addresses get trade references, bonds, licenses, certifications, wholesale buying status, and in many cases, entire new incomes and businesses! Unfortunately, you won't see them posting on a complaint site! Many of the other online schools (including the world's largest-- U of P), have thousands of complaints, are accused of being scams, and even are accused of taking peoples houses and putting liens on their property if they don't pay the tens of thousands in tuition! How can that even begin to compare to one of our $100 courses that gets our grad a completely new career or home based business?!
You won't find ANY other school even caring enough to put up a site like this to thank our successful grads, or ask that if you have a complaint, you email us instead of making up lies. You might be surprised to find, like 99.999% of others do, that we're pleasant to work with, are on your side, and are here to see YOU succeed! A REALLY SAD STORY: Even though there are only a handful of (loud) disgrutled enrollees, and many thousands making significant new income in their own businesses, the loud complainers accuse PSU of many untruthful things. One of the worst is a guy who claims that we are a "scam" and that we never sent him his course, DVD or online access. When we reviewed his file, we found out that he kept claiming he couldn't log on, and that the password didn't work. We told him a dozen times that the password was lower case. Finally, we found out that he didn't know what LOWER CASE means-- when we said "small letters" he finally got it-- after posting dozens of nasty lies all over the complaint sites!! To say he feels like an idiot is the understatement of the year, but this is what we deal with daily. The most frequent mistake is someone who bought something on Ebay years ago, and didn't even realize they STILL have a Paypal account, with an old email address. The picture of the returns above are just a fraction compared to the emails that bounce. To take an ONLINE COURSE and then wonder why you're not getting it when your email is bouncing frustrates us more than you! BUT, with tens of thousands of successful enrollments and only a handful of grouches, with most due to mistakes, think hard whether you want to base your decision on that level of student!!!
