100% Satisfaction Policy
We are the ONLY program in the U.S. that offers 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you check our ratings on all the auctions, you'll see the proof of this policy in black and white facts.
Nearly every legitimate complaint we get has to do with the SAME problem: a customer who thought they didn't get a course, reference, response, etc. when in fact they were looking in the wrong email, or our answers were going into spam.
Here are just a few of the COMMON misunderstandings that are hard to remedy:
-- Our communications are bouncing due to a full mailbox -- You have AOL and our emails are in your spam folder -- You have Earthlink and your spam settings won't let us through -- You ordered through a partner/ JV and didn't realize our communications come from Mail@e-psu -- You ordered with a friend or family member's Paypal account and everything is going to that email, yet you are checking your own email for our messages -- You opened a Paypal account centuries ago, paid without knowing it was still active, and we were given your old email address which you might have abandoned many years ago -- You opened a free AIM, Yahoo, hotmail or other account, and the background server provider (such as AOL) isn't recognizing your account because you never validated the free side of the account by logging in or verifying it -- You can't find an online course aspect because AOL or other "captive browser" providers require exact slashes and HTTP addreses to find any site. Remedy: use slashes, or connect with AOL, but DON'T browse with them. (In other words, get online, open IE, Netscape, etc. and use them instead of AOL to access the sites). -- Mail went to an old street address from an old Paypal account, or your mail forwarding expired -- You ordered in a company name and we can't find your real name -- Your company email is getting all our communications, and you aren't checking it
This list goes on for a few more pages! Before you assume you've been pranked or scammed-- work WITH us so we can get in touch with the correct email address! If you ordered by mail and got nothing back-- did you include a return address and email with your check? We get many money orders without a name, address or email!
In summary, we're caring, responsive and dedicated to your satisfaction, wealth and success, but are not psychic! Help us help you, and you WILL be successful AND satisfied!
